Dr Forster was in the first Graduation from Flinders University Medical School. After graduating he worked for 5 years at a Medical Officer in the RAAF, mainly situated in Malaysia treating families.
He has trained in Women’s Health & spent 22 years as a GP & Obstetrician in Rural Victoria.
After 30 years as a Rural GP with interests in Palliative Care & Drug & Alcohol treatment, he moved to Rural & Remote Practice.
Dr Forster then spent 7 years in Tom Price & the next 5 years in Emergency & Remote area work across Australia (including 2 years with the Royal Flying Doctor Service).
Current special interests include Mental Health, Skin Disease and Skin Cancer.
